MUG-A Valve Groove & Tip Radius Grinder. The machine is developed recent year and a mature and efficient special purpose machine. It is suitable for grinding valve groove and tip chamfering.
Machine Structure
1) HT250 Machine base and ductile iron slider. Heat treatment to eliminate the stress.
2) Grinding wheel spindle is mechanical spindle. Speed can be adjusted: 4000~6000 rpm/min.
3) Workpiece feed is controlled by servo motor to control the action of cutting amount and automatic cycle.
4) Grinding wheel speed: Automatic constant speed: 80~120m/s.
5) Auto loading and unloading.
6) Equipped with oil mist collector and paper filter.
