Valve Cotter Production Technology

Valve cotter function: the spring pushes the upper spring seat, and the inner seat of the upper spring seat and the outer seat of the valve cotter are closely matched, so that the bead height (rib) of the valve cotter (pair) is stuck in the valve groove. Thus, the air tightness between the valve and the valve seat ring is guaranteed.(The assembly diagram of the valve group is as follows. ) Our company mainly uses cold forging processing of low carbon steel profiles, surface carburizing treatment, lock fixture has good core toughness, high surface hardness, wear resistance and other characteristics.
