All equipment bodies are constructed from HT250 cast iron and undergo two rounds of stress-relieving annealing. Compared to steel structural parts available in the market, our equipment is more durable, resistant to deformation, and exhibits excellent seismic resistance. All machine models are equipped with high-rigidity precision spindles that have larger dimensions. This allows for stable processing even when working with large-sized valves.
2.3 Cooling pump
We utilize high-pressure booster water pumps made in Taiwan to effectively cool the heat generated during processing. This helps maintain the lifespan of grinding wheels.
2.4 Poka-yoke intelligence
All machine models are equipped with pneumatic and hydraulic protection and alarm devices. These features effectively prevent potential hazards caused by insufficient air pressure or oil pressure.
