The working site and working environment of CNC cutting machine are relatively bad, and the metal dust is relatively large. In order to ensure the normal operation of CNC cutting machine, so a series of maintenance and maintenance needs to be carried out.

1. Maintenance of mechanical parts

(1) Clean the dust and dirt in the machine once a week, and all electrical cabinets should be closed to prevent dust.

(2) Each guide rail should often clean, remove dust and other sundries, rack to often wipe, add lubricating oil, ensure lubrication and no sundries.

(3) Regularly check the straightness of the track and the verticality of the machine, and timely maintain and debug the abnormal.

2. Maintenance of air circuit

(1) Regularly check the air route system, and timely deal with air leakage and parts that cannot be used normally to ensure smooth air route. Should often wipe clean the dust and sundries on the air road, to prevent gas passing through early aging.

(2) Maintenance of pressure reducing valve. Adjust the pressure reducer, adjust the pressure gauge to the required pressure, the pressure should be made from small to large during the adjustment process, to ensure that the reducer can be continuously adjusted. If continuous adjustment is not possible or gas leaks from the relief valve, a new pressure reducer must be replaced.Self-folding components of the gas decompression device will cause equipment damage or even serious personal injury.

(3) Cutting torch cutting mouth tempering prevention device maintenance, cutting torch machine used by professional manufacturers, cutting torch long-term use, sealing surface damage, and cutting mouth seal is not strict, must use special tools to repair. Cutting torch also adopts the standard fast cutting nozzle produced by professional manufacturers. For the new cutting nozzle, it must be checked and qualified to use. The cutting nozzle is contaminated with special tools to clean the preheating flame hole and cut the oxygen channel.

(4) Tempering preventer is an important part to ensure safety. According to the requirements of the safety department, tempering preventer is not allowed to be disassembled without authorization. Therefore, after using the tempering preventer for a long time, air resistance, to ensure that the gas flow requirements or leakage, must be replaced by professionals.

3. Normal maintenance of CNC cutting machine

(1) Sundries are not allowed to be placed on both sides of the guide and collisions are strictly prohibited.

(2) Guide rail should always be kept clean, and it is strictly prohibited to tap and pedal.

(3) Guide rail shall be coated with oil evenly every day.

(4) The vertical and horizontal rack to be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene every month? Avoid dirt to affect guide precision, brush on a layer of oil.

(5) The machine should be kept clean and clean.

(6) Air path shall be inspected for air tightness regularly and safety regulations shall be strictly observed.

(7) Diagonal measurements should be made every year, especially when the cutting machine is seriously accidentally touched or special circumstances occur.

(8) It is strictly forbidden for many people to play on the operating table.

(9) When the cutting machine is working, should the personnel be prohibited to stay on the workbench? In case of accidents.

(10) Protect the machine from rain and keep it dry.

(11) Regularly check whether the longitudinal guide wheel is elastic or not? Whether the gear fastening of motor gearbox is suitable.

(12) Check whether the fixed seat of the longitudinal motor is loose.

(13) Check whether the cutting torch lifting screw rack is loose? Grease should be applied regularly.

(14) Regularly open the plasma generator shell to clean the dust.

(15) Check whether the chain is damaged regularly. Whether there is damage to cables and air pipes etc.
