Control system
The system adopts program digital control. he core part of he system uses Mitsubishi PLC to collet and process various parameter data in the weld process, and to control the weld process in real time according to the weld procedure. A weld process is divided into four sections, the weld parameter of each section can be set to different values, which ensure the consistency of the whole weld process and the overall weld quality of the workpiece.
Weld current system
The OTC digital inverters are used in the weld power supply (transfer arc power supply) of the equipment. the high no-load voltage of the power supply is conductive to arcing and maintaining a longer weld distance.
Torch system
The structure of weld torch is designed with reference to foreign weld torch, and parts can be exchanged with inported weld torch.The weld torch has stable performance, reliable operation and long service life.
Powder Feeder system
According to the structure duplicated by the most advanced powder in the world. the alloy powder can be transported to the weld torch stably as accurately by using servo or stepping control system. the powder feeding quantity can be accurately adjusted in the range of 5-50g/min.
Cooling system
The weld torch and turntable are water-cooled by means of circulating water conveyed by high-pressure pump. with flow protection device.
