Product Description

1. The machine base and ductile iron slider are made of HT250 material. They undergo heat treatment to eliminate stress and prevent deformation.
2. The grinding wheel spindle is a high-speed mechanical spindle, designed with a bear structure. 
3. The workpiece spindle is equipped with angular contact bearings, capable of rotating at 2000 rpm. It is driven by a servo motor with digital control, allowing for adjustable speeds ranging from 0 to 1000 rpm. The machine is equipped with a single cone chuck.
4. The grinding amount is controlled through a touch screen and PLC system.
5. The grinding wheel speed is automatically maintained at a constant speed of 55 to 58 m/s.
6. The drive system utilizes a ductile iron rail and HIWIN ball screw.
7. The feed guide, slider, and ball screw are equipped with an automatic lubrication system using an oil pump.
8. The machine is fully enclosed with sheet metal, except for the loading and unloading parts, to prevent fluid leakage.
